We are an independent agency with branches in Islington/Kings Cross and Crouch End. We are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team in our busy, established Islington office.
You will be expected to:

Report directly to the Branch Manager

Register applicants for both Sales and Lettings.

Arrange appointments and carry out viewings.

Negotiate offers between parties

Liaise with admin staff and oversee individual deals through to completion.

Build relationships with Landlords and Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations.

Actively promote the company, identify new business and liaise with the Manager to grow the client base in both.

Generally assist in the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have some estate agency experience, preferably lettings, although we will consider those with a good customer service/sales background.  You will be both motivated and enthusiastic about property, enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills, have excellent organisational and time management skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. Above all you will be expected to be professional at all times.
