Branch (Vacancy) Location: Surrey Quays
Member of staff required: Negotiator (Sales and Lettings)
Salary details:   basic: £17,000 p.a.     o.t.e.: £34,000 p.a.
Other Benefits:  Car allowance - £250 pm (must have car or use of a car) Petrol allowance - £100 pm, Mobile phone allowance - £20 pm,
Holiday Entitlement:  20 days + All Bank Holidays + Christmas and New Year.
Commission:  Personal
Commission Structure: 7.5% on all deals that the individual negotiates, rising to 10% after 4 months.
Working Hours/Days per week: Mon- Saturday , then Tues- Saturday (i.e. 6 then 5)
8:45Am-6:45pm     Mon-Thursday
8:45Am-5:00pm     Fri
10Am-4pm              Saturday (Compulsory)

Training if given: As required
The Ideal Candidate: Minimum one year agency experience. Three months probation.
