We are a photography company that put our customers and staff as our main priorities. We are currently in search for some Sales Agents to join our team in appropriate areas based on experience, and a Sales Executive with 3 years experience of managing a sales team.

The Positions
We are a fun and current photography studio based in Central Croydon. We provide excellent customer service and high quality products. Currently we are in search for a booking agents, promoters, lead generators, social media and marketing coordinators that can hit the ground running. Premium pay will be rewarded for good staff once proven and want applicants who feel they can add value to our company. We reward according to performance, the better results you get for the company, the better pay you will receive. We believe this is important in recruiting and retaining good sales staff.

What we Expect
We want self motivating staff who can be proactive and focus on chatting to prospective customers in the field. We prefer to set multifunctional roles where each day is different to keep the job exciting. Depending on your skill, we will assign social media, booking and event days accordingly. We are looking for people who can engage with prospective clients, therefore a bubbly and positive nature is essential. You must be a people person who wants to build a rapport and not use hard sales tactics. We want our clients to enjoy their experience and tell others about our studio and service - so we have them come back again and again.

We are a Beauty and Photography Studio that hand pick our staff for their friendliness and bubbly nature. We also have our own makeup line that we are looking to push forward and promote with our new sales team. All our staff are very experienced and have been in the industry much longer than the 5 years our studios been open.

Hours and Pay
We are offering part time and full time roles. If you can be somewhat flexible with working hours then we return the same flexibility when it comes to your own calendar and family life. We need to collect leads at different times during the week and weekend to best capture different audiences and achieve the best results for the business.

Pay will depend upon your experience, training and progression but will vary. We are great believers in paying good people for good results. If you can self motivate and work towards targets then this job could suit you down to the ground.
