We are looking for someone who wants to start their career in a friendly but competitive sales and marketing environment. The role will focus on supporting the sales team by carrying out a range of administrative duties, with some time dedicated to assisting with various general office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Sales Team by carrying out various checking and data entry procedures.
• Reviewing the details of deals that potentially will be advertised on the website
• Flagging any deals that require attention from Quality Assurance
• Liaising with merchants to ensure all relevant information is provided to get their products advertised on our site.
• Assist with various general office administrative tasks to ensure the office is constantly equipped and functional.
Required skills/Attributes:
• A positive and energetic demeanour
• Attention to detail
• Good numeracy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Professional manner
• An undergraduate degree (preferably in the Marketing/Business sector)
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships
