Responsibilities will
Include ordering, stock rotation, quality control, staff management and keeping in line with exact recipes and spec lists.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have strong leadership qualities and possess self driven attributes, that they can shine through the full
Brigade. You will
Require experience of high levels of meal production and ideally have relevant experience with Organic and vegan cuisines.
This is a long term
