We are seeking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful RUSSIAN SPEAKING Travel Lifestyle home based Manager to join our rapidly developing inbound business.
The job will involve taking enquiries, quoting for tours, taking bookings from start to finish, creating tailor-made excursion programs, dealing directly with UK based hotels, transport companies, guides etc.
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a luxury leisure travel environment;
• The ability to handle numbers of telephone and email enquiries on a daily basis.
• Excellent attention to details and customer service
• Problem-solving skills and initiatives;
• Excellent communications skills;
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service;
• The ability to lead and effectively manage the splitter operations
• Highly developed organization and time management skills;
• High level of responsibility;
• Good IT skills;
• Fluent in Russian and English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Be able to work well under pressure and to demanding client briefs;
