Head Housekeeper - Russian Speaker - work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Location and Family Description
An experienced Russian Speaking Head Housekeeper is being recruited for a fully staffed house in a large residence in Hampstead.  This is a formal residence and the family are all Russian speaking and use this as their main residence.
Job Description.
The job will include ensuring that all areas of the house are cleaned to the highest standards, Training and supervising of the housekeepers, Development of Housekeeping manuals and Implementation, Collaboration with House Management team for placing orders, Principal’s wardrobe: Inventory, cleaning, packing, front of house duties including welcoming guests,  table service, Flower ordering and Management of the household floristry.  There is also a dog that you may be required to walk and also undertake other errands as and when required. Although this is a supervisory role you will need to be 'hands on' with housekeeping duties when required.
Candidate Requirements
It is essential that you have worked as a senior or head housekeeper for at least 3 years in a private residence and have checkable references. You will need to have a good level of spoken English and Russian and be able to communicate in both languages well.  You will need to be organised and meticulous, a great communicator and be able to lead your team by example. You will need to be reliable, hard working, flexible and have a "can-do" and proactive attitude. You will need to work independently, show initiative and be a team player.
Days/Hours of Work and Salary
This is a job where you will be working on a 'two weeks on and two weeks off' basis.  When you are working during your two weeks 'on' then you will be expected to live in during this time (own bedroom and bathroom), on your two weeks off you are free to go to your own home.  Salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £650 net per week - this will be paid every week regardless of whether it is your working week or not.  Your tax and national insurance will be paid in addition to your net salary.
