BRIEF
C-WISE is a London based fast growing events and incentives agency, working with an impressive portfolio of international corporate clients. Due to business growth we are in search of a new senior member of our projects team, who can be of a boost to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With a variety of tasks and projects going on, your responsibilities will include:
• Bespoke proposal development within the deadline, budget and client’s requirements
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Managing all project budgets from start to finish
• Coordinating brainstorm sessions with the team
• Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
• Managing operational functions to ensure all the projects are delivered efficiently
• Travelling to on site inspections and project managing events
• Managing supplier relationships
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery that exceeds client expectations
REQUIRED SKILLS
For the company where creativity is in its core, a new member should be an innovative person able to adjust routine on daily basis and comply with the following:
– initiative and multitasking skills. Many things can happen at once so staying focused and organised is a key
– an inclination to personal relations when bridging suppliers and clients
– ability to stay calm under pressure
– problem-solving skills, as being able to solve the issues quickly is essential
– going extra mile and priding yourself on outstanding customer service
– a good set of maths and Microsoft office package skills
– being a positive minded, challenge driven team player, good listener and a people person
– ability to manage personal growth through successful and creative events and strong ability to think on your feet
– knowledge and interest in London and UK venues, hotels and new openings
