Rhubarb are currently looking for a Runner to join our dynamic team in the Darwin Brasserie on level 36 of the Sky Garden.
Serving a modern European menu from breakfast to dinner through brunch, this is a brilliant opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Runner to join a great team in a fantastic location.
Job role
As a runner you will be will be assisting the service team to ensure they have everything they need for a smooth service for Darwin Brasserie
You will be running the food from the kitchen to the tables, delivering drink orders as well as clearing and setting up the tables
Be highly attentive to all guests’ arriving and ensure they are met with a friendly, professional approach adopting all the service standards set
Candidate profile
You will have proven track record of working within a similar Fine dining/ retail or fast paced environment
You will be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels
Excellent command of English both spoken and written
You will show relevant diplomacy and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.
