Responsibilities
Help in the preparation some foods on our stands
Serve food efficiently to our customers
Take card payments
Ensure on the days you are required to work the stall is open on time
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
Order for the next day the requirements for the specific location
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Requirements
Basic food hygiene certificate Level 2
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Integrity when dealing with our suppliers
