Ruby's in Dalston is on the look out for a full time, experienced cocktail bartender as the busy Autumn period approaches.
Ideal candidate will be;
- Comfortable with all classic cocktail
- Creative with making drinks, being able to suggest new menu ideas
- Living relatively local
- A team player, comfortable with hard work
- Quick when needed to be
- Able to work weekends
We're not open on Sundays and Mondays so you'd have those off. We can be relatively flexible with the hours, particularly for the right candidate, so anywhere between 25 and 40 per week.
We pay the London Living Wage, with slalary negotiable on experience.
