We're on the look out for an awesome bar manager to run our cocktail bar and adjoining events space in Dalston, north-east London. It's and nbsp;a predominantly evening job with weekends being integral.
He ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, alcohol, hospitality and working efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Strong leadership qualities are desired as well as comprehensive back of house knowledge, which includes experience with spread sheets, GPs, working within budgets etc.
We have a small, tight, bit hard working team and are looking for somebody who is hands on and likes to get their hands dirty. Somebody who has pride in their work and ideas on how to take the business forward.
Payment is dependent on experience with potential from £12 to £17 per hour (inc service) for the right candidate.
