Ruby's is a Dalston based underground bar with adjoining club with a reputation for great cocktails and service.
We're looking for one full time cocktail bartender with a minimum of 2 years experience for our specialist cocktail bar who is comfortable with all classics.
We've also got space for a number of predominantly weekend bartenders who must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, cocktail experience is less necessary but a good attitude and work rate is.
Lastly we're looking for predominantly weekend waiters/waitresses too who are comfortable holding a tray and have a good rapport with people.
Pay including service charge generally hits around £10 per hour with the specialist cocktail bartender position potentially a bit more.
Good English essential and applicants must live within a reasonable distance of the venus.
