Ruby Violet – a fabulous ice cream and sorbet maker – is recruiting now for an amazing Van Driver.
Ruby Violet have two beautiful ice cream parlours in great locations and we are recruiting now for motivated and committed Driver to join our family/team.
We supply and deliver high quality ice cream throughout London to personal and business customers, as well as deliveries between our two parlours, to and from our storage unit and various other daily tasks.
Here’s who we are looking for:
-Experienced Driver.
-Clean driving licence, No convictions.
-Over 25 years old.
-Good spoken and written English.
-Competent using Ipad, Computer, google docs and smart phone.
-Must be available to work weekends in the Summer.
-Organised, efficient neat and with high standards of cleanliness and an attention to detail essential.
-Hard working, responsible, enthusiastic and dependable.
Some of the tasks within the job role include:
-Co-ordinating deliveries to our cold storage unit.
-Maintaining the organisation of items in our storage unit
-Maintaining our online system Inventory.
-Using initiative, coordinating with our kitchen and events staff.
-Being careful with our delicate items including ice creams and Cones.
-Maintaining paperwork and recording temperatures of equipment.
This is a fast paced, hands on role that requires someone with stamina, to be quick on their feet and efficient with their tasks. You will be an integral part of the Ruby Violet Team.
Here’s what we offer:
-Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience and performance.
-Full time: 35 - 40 hours work.
