This Mechanical and Electrical Stock Condition Surveyor is a challenging role, part of a growing business and adding significant value by providing technical knowledge and experience to the Asset Management Team across the new organisation. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships within the departmental team(s) and also with key stakeholders across the organisation. This is a fundamental role in the Asset Management Strategy team, providing and auditing of M and E stock condition information to allow accurate investment planning and to provide quality reports on specific defects or wider property issues.
