Progression PI are aggressive developers of our personnel – review, training and challenge are an integral to our way of working.  In time there is the potential for the role to progress to:  Front of house there are opportunities to progress to Assistant Catering Manager, Catering Manager and beyond, most of our senior team began in a similar role. Back of house there is the opportunity to progress at warehouse level to Assistant Warehouse Manager, then to Warehouse Manager. There are opportunities to develop into other areas of the business from Operations – Staffing and Sales both require a good understanding of the events and are possible progression routes from an operational role.
