Rotorino restaurant is currently looking for both a Sous Chef and a CDP
We are an established part of Kingsland Road, having been here for over three years now and are looking to fill a couple of positions in our kitchen team.
We are looking for a Sous chef:
Min 1 year as a sous chef
Min 4 years cooking total
Ability to lead a team
Ability to create new menu dishes
Stocktaking / costing experience
We are also looking for a CDP
Min 1 year cooking, preferably Italian- although not essential
We are a small team at Rotorino and we're looking for people who enjoy working in a tight knit group, who bring a positive energy and that can be relied upon.
