We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Room Service Waiter (Evenings) to join our client place near Islington.
As Room Service Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and courteous service. In your new role as a Room Service Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
• To work with In Room Dining team in ensuring guests mini bars are always stocked before and during guests stay and added to bill correctly before checkout. To ensure sequence of service for room service orders and standards are consistently maintained.
• To maintain standards for differing amenities in the rooms for all types of guests.
• To deliver an outstanding experience for the guests, at any time of the day.
• To assist with the daily operations of the In Room Dining department
• To ensure consistently outstanding service to Guests and maximize business potential.
To be successful as Room Service Waiter you must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with strong inter-personal skills and people management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Confidence, professionalism and welcoming personality
• Knowledge of 5 star waiting process, procedures and techniques desirable
