As a Room Service Waiter you will be responsible for delivering a five star luxury lifestyle guest service experience for guests. No experience is required for this role but a can-do attitude and willingness to develop is key!
Main responsibilities include:
•The delivery of room service orders to guests
•Actively up selling to each guest at each correct opportunity to maximize revenue and to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals.
•Working with the kitchen and F and B team to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction by ensuring a five star approach to F and B delivery.
•Answering questions on menu selections. Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.
•Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
•Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
