Main role and objectives:
As a Room Service Host at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in the effective running of the Room Service operations, ensuring all standards are met, operating equipment is in good working order, requisitions are submitted and picked up on time, and delivering effective communication within department.
Your responsibilities:

To give fast, efficient and polite service to the maximum of your ability.
To carry out all duties assigned by the Room Service Manager.
Have a good knowledge of the food and drinks menu.
Ensure the maximisation of profit within department in using tools like up selling in the room.
Support and drive the improvement of the department related GSI/Brand audit.
Maintain the room service equipment, track breakages and identify and inform of shortages of equipment.
Interact with customers as much as possible.
