Room Rental Agency Looking for Two Sales Partners to Join Core Team - No experience Necessary, Just a Good Attitude and a Team Player.
My Room in the City is a small but fast growing room rental agency in London. We are seeking two motivated team players to join the core team and who are committed to building a successful career in real estate. No pervious experience is necessary! All we ask is that you have a good attitude and are a team player.
This company is at the very beginning of its life and the core team will be directly involved in building and developing its growth. There will be a range of experiences and lots of opportunities to make money as well as learn about this branch (Room rental) of the property industry.
Applicants with a proactive attitude and strong customer service skills will be highly considered.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Room sales
- Room preparation and presentation
- Taking photos of rooms ready for advertising/marketing
- Advertising Rooms online using Spareroom and other social media outlets
- Arranging and conducting viewings of rooms
- Dealing with new customers
- Completing documentation with new clients and Landlords
- Frequent communication with core team members
You will need:
- A smart phone - all our documentation is paperless
- Good organisation and self-discipline
- Ability to manage your own working hours

Pay:
- No basic Salary
- £100 bonus for every new property
- £130 per room sale (unlimited)
- 1st 25 rooms sold - Bonus = Free room accommodation (Max value: £650pcm)
- Every 25 rooms sold thereafter - Bonus = £300
- Free monthly travel (Zone 1-3) or Petrol Allowance
