Our Balham Rainbow Nursery is expanding again and needs Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and professional team. We have openings for an immediate start.
We have a great team already working for us, all of our staff are very well qualified in Early Years which provides a great learning environment for new staff.
We are located just two minutes from Balham Tube and mainline stations and are served by many bus routes.
Our setting has quickly become very popular with Balham parents and we have a waiting list for children joining in the next few months.
All of our staff receive continuous training to further their knowledge and careers. We require all staff to hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate, and will pay for your training if you do not hold one.
Our salary packages are very competitive and include bonuses, pension contributions, and all staff also get their birthday off as an extra holiday.
We are looking for a Practitioner and Room Manager, position will depend on experience and leadership skills.
Our requirements for these positions are:

Direct experience of working in a childcare setting.
Good working knowledge of the EYFS
NVQ 3 in Childcare or equivalent
You must of course have a current DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.

Full time positions are 40 hours per week although part time would be considered subject to the hours fitting our requirements, salary to be adjusted pro rata.
