Role: Full time - Room Leader - 40 hours a week
We are advertising for a lovely nursery in Wanstead.
This vacancy is only for a Level 3 or above qualified nursery nurse that is looking for a step up or a current or previous room leader who is looking for a new challenge and has 2-3 years experience in childcare and is willing to be part of a committed team with a lot of management growth possibilities available.
You will be working with a friendly and considerate management team that only want the best service and childcare for the children at the setting.
The salary will vary based on applicants experience and qualifications.
We need:
• At least 3 years paid full time working within an Early Years with evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
• Level 3 or above candidates qualified in early years childcare
• Have a clean and current DBS if not current be willing to apply
• To lead the team and support in planning the curriculum and looking at reflective practice
• To achieve and maintain high standards of care and consistent environments for children
• Ability to communicate confidently with other professionals, parents and children
• To be able to understand and meet the needs of individual children and families
• Willingness to develop your professional career
• To be flexible with regard to working hours to meet the needs of the setting
• To be motivated and able to motivate children and staff
• The ability to form caring and trusting relationships with the children and their families
• To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team reflective of the EYFS
• To ensure professionalism and confidentiality at all time
• To promote Outdoor Physicality
