We are looking for a talented and passionate Room Attendant to join a fantastic team at the Lanesborough.
As a Room Attendant you will be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service experience and Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. You will be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel and it would be your responsibility to look after guestrooms and ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and standards are maintained. Communication is essential with all departments; especially Reception, Butlers, In Room Dining, Maintenance and communicating with Floor Supervisors. A key focus is to also engage with guests when necessary and ensure that all requests (whether relating to housekeeping or not) are taken ownership of and followed through. The Housekeeping department is key to ensuring the guests feel secure and safe in the knowledge that their guest room is treated with care and confidentiality, thereby creating the comfort of their home environment at The Lanesborough.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Basic command of the English language and a second language would be preferred.
