Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation, the premium boutique serviced apartment letting agency in Nell Gwynn House, Chelsea SW3, is looking to recruit a full time permanent room attendant to join our team.

Candidates should be team players who are adaptable, have excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of English, be well presented and have a keen eye for detail. You will ideally have at least 1 year’s hospitality experience in 4/5* environments.

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping department you will be responsible for:
•    Working as a team member to ensure the smooth running of the department at all times.
•    Routine thorough cleaning of apartments including all fittings, appliances and surfaces to the required standards.
•    Carrying out all reasonable special requests as instructed by the Head Housekeeper.
•    Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure that the Head Housekeeper is kept informed of any problems/queries that have arisen or damage found.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Hours of work 9.30-5.30pm 37.5 hrs per week including weekends £18,500 pa including uniform, discretionary annual bonus and generous annual leave allowance.
