30 HOURS, 5 DAYS PER WEEK – COMPETITIVE SALARY
Hazlitt’s Hotel’s, we own and operate 3 family run boutique properties in central London delivering the highest standards of accommodation and service. We are now recruiting for a Room Attendant / Breakfast Assistant at The Rookery, an award winning 33 bedroom property in Farringdon.
Working on a rostered basis, 3 days per week as a Room Attendant and 2 days per week as a Breakfast assistant. A total of 30 hours per week (3 days at 5 hours and 2 days at 7.5 hours).
As Room Attendant you will be required to contribute to the up keep of cleanliness, hygiene and standards of presentation in guest bedrooms and public areas.
The role of Breakfast Assistant is a customer facing role with breakfasts being delivered by hand to the guest bedrooms. Tasks include;
• Preparation and service of continental room service breakfast
• Maintaining mini bar stock and presentation
• Liaising with line manager to ensure food and beverage stock levels are maintained
• Assisting with food and beverage service throughout the hotel operation
• Taking responsibility for maintenance of the kitchen cleaning Rota
You must demonstrate a genuine passion for service, dedication to your work and the desire to go the extra distance to ensure that standards are maintained and wherever possible guest’s expectations are surpassed.
Previous experience in this role in a similar hotel environment is beneficial.
