Main role and objectives:
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Park Plaza Victoria Hotel you will have a key position in providing an effective and courteous service at all times in all aspects of the housekeeping department. You will help to manage the requirements of Room Attendants, Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring our guests receive a high quality service.
Your responsibilities:

Provide an effective and courteous service at all times in all aspects of the department.
Assist in the supervision of handling all guest and supervisors requests and hotel linen in accordance with departmental standards to minimize stock costs while maintaining Hotel and Company standards.
Ensure that clean linen and Towels are delivered to designated pantries and there is adequate stock kept on the floors.
Liaise with room attendants and supervisor in ensuring recycling process is followed throughout the hotel.
