We are slowly renovating our cottage in Sandy Lane, Petersham. The next step is to repair the Gutter and roof and to fit a new small roof to an annex on the property.
We are looking for an independent contractor or qualified roof fitter who will work directly for us and who has a good track record
We estimate it to be about a week's work for two to three people or two weeks for a single handed contractor.
We are happy to purchase supplies and to get scaffolding arranged.
The job involves:
Bargeboard fitting to the second floor at the back of the house.
Dormer window repair including led work, Gutter and paint
Installing new Gutter to one side
Making water tight the Rood to an outside house and improving it's appearance.
We are in a position to organise scaffolding and to purchase materials.
