ROKA - Part Time Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Part Time Receptionist to join the ROKA family at the award winning ROKA Restaurants.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Receptionist is really important!
The Receptionist Role:
Candidates should have previous experience of supervising a team within a similarly high end, high volume restaurant environment in London. An excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and a friendly and professional telephone manner are essential. Knowledge of the Quadranet reservation system is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This role demands an impeccable appearance and outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, the successful candidate must have a vibrant and engaging personality. The next Receptionist will be required to have excellent organisational skills alongside a methodical attitude towards all areas of work.
This is a Part time position and it requires to work some weekends.
The restaurant is open 7 days per week.
