ROKA – Commis Chef

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the ROKA family.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Commis Chef is really important!
The Commis Chef Role:
Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy kitchen in London, preferably within Asian cuisine, although training will be provided; have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills.
The position offers the opportunity to further develop your career in one of the most exciting and highly regarded global restaurant collections.
