ROKA  - Cocktail Waiter / Waitress

We are currently recruiting for full time Cocktail Waiter / Waitress to join the ROKA family at the award ROKA Charlotte Street in the Shochu Lounge.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Cocktail Waiter / Waitress is really important!
The Cocktail Waiter / Waitress Role:
Relevant experience in a similar role is essential, and candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver Roka's unique product and superior level of customer service. A strong level of English is needed along with an outstanding food and wine knowledge. Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end environment while maintaining an accessible approach.
