We are a French and Japanese Fusion fishmonger cafe in Portman Village, Marble Arch. We are hiring a full time assistant in our team.
Duties include food preparation for lunch time service, taking orders, serving customers, washing up, and keeping work area clean. When needed should be able to fillet and clean fresh fish, training will be provided.  Required skills include excellent customer and communication skills, able to work with own initiatives.
Work schedule is between Tuesday and Saturday 40 hours a week.  £8 per hour. Extra work hours are available.  Annual paid holiday include 20 working days.
