Retail Team Leader/ Team Supervisor - M and S Simply Food and Food to Go Stores across Central London

The role of a Team Leader working for us, involves coordinating duties on shift for the team and ensuring our 'brand' and company standards are being maintained and our customers enjoy excellent quality products and service every time. To be successful in this role, preferably you will have had previous experience of being a supervisor or team leader within a similar retail environment.
Due to the size of our business there is scope for future development opportunities through our award winning training and accredited qualifications, which can develop you to become a future Retail Manager!
We offer a competitive rate of pay up to £18,000 pa plus bonus potential of £1,000.
In addition, we offer up to 50% staff discount on our SSP brands, 28 days holiday pro rata (including Bank Holidays) Company pension scheme, free uniform, childcare vouchers plus much more!
