As a retail assistant, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance and keeping your store looking great with your merchandising skills and experience. You will be passionate about fashion and have pride in your work.
Reporting to your Store Manager specific responsibilities will include:
- Driving forward sales
- Deputising for your Store Manager in their absence
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
- Providing the highest standards of customer service
- Ensuring exceptional cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
