We are a successful male grooming retail and barbershop brand located in Central London. We are looking for a new Front Of House Manager to ensure the smooth running of a busy shop (male or female) You do not need to have any previous hairdressing industry experience or haircutting skills of any sort as this role is to manage existing staff and keep all elements of the business running smoothly.

Skills required:
~ experience managing a team.
~ Intermediate admin and computer skills.
~ Fluent in written and verbal English + the right to work in the U.K.
~ Confident interacting with our clients and their requirements including providing coffees and cold beverages when required.
~ Problem solving and thinking on your feet.
~ Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment at all times.
~ Introducing new styling products to clients and increasing sales.
~ An understanding of social media and using a camera (an advantage but not essential).
~ PR and PA skills also an advantage.
