Retail Sales Assistant – Ladies Designer Consignment Store, Chelsea, SW3
Full time sales assistant require for busy ladies designer consignment store located in Chelsea, SW3.  experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.  However, a love of fashion together with a good work ethic, sense of humour, and excellent customer service skills are a must.  You must be presentable and have an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.  The working pattern includes weekends and involves five days over a seven day week.
The salary for this position is £18,000 to £19.500 per annum plus clothing allowance.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Greeting customers and giving advice, help and guidance in purchasing clothing.
Responding to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
Dealing with customers’ complaints and concerns and ensuring they are dealt with professionally and reported to management.
Ensuring sales are recorded accurately and balancing daily sales receipts.
Receiving and pricing in-coming stock from clients and preparing merchandise for re-sale to ensure it is clean and in saleable condition.
Keeping the shop and display areas clean, tidy and stocked at all times.
