Christmas Market Sales Assistant at Southbank (Central London)

Temp staff needed for a German style Christmas Market near Southbank/London Eye during November and December.
We are a lighting Company selling decorative lamps and custom made lighting for homes, and we are looking for fun, enthusiastic individuals with great personalities joining us for the peak time of the year.
Due to our unusual and quirky products you will meet remarkable customers, and a chatty personality is a big plus.
You will gain invaluable experience working with Lighting and Interior Design; apart from the Christmas market we are running a lighting company all year round working with Interior Designers, architects, and wholesale clients, and there will always be opportunities for further involvement.
Rate: £80 daily Fee plus there will be Commission and Sales bonuses added.
What we are looking for:
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic candidates.
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales and customer service essential.
- Ability to engage with potential customers and upsell is important.
We are selling lighting components and products which are ideal for Home and Interior design. Being approachable and able to guide and clarify any questions and explain the benefits of our products can make a huge impact on the daily sales. Please note as a bonus there is commission on sales on top of the Daily rate.
- Flexibility for the period: 10th nov-30 Dec. If you generally have good availability at this period, we can work out a flexible Rota around your time as well. Work times: from 20 hours per week to full time, is available and potential weekend work open all year round.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Having a good understanding and interest in Homeware and Interior Design is a bonus.
