OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall Job Role: To process all B2B and B2C orders, returns and maintain an efficient stock room.
• Process all orders received from Retailers, Web Customers and Concept Stores. Pick, Pack and Despatch efficiently.
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly.
• Carry out daily stock takes to make sure the system accurately reflects the actual stock held.
• Collate multiple orders for core retailers ensuring only minimum post charges.
• Maintain an orderly, clean and efficient working environment.
• Contribute to Team Meetings with suggestions and ideas when discussing new launches and current trade.
• Process product returns from Retailers and Web customers.
• Be an integral part of the new launch process by ensuring accuracy with stock and POS processes and making any suggestions for improvements.
• Deal with incoming queries from Web and Retail customers in a professional and customer focused manner.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring all orders are sent out in a timely manner. 95% of all orders to be processed on the same day.
• Help to maintain the organisation of the stock room.
• Able to answer queries from the team and retailers regarding stock and orders.
