This fantastic, quality food retail business are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in South West London.
This really stunning business is currently trading well but there is a real opportunity to help build the business and put your own stamp upon it.
The food is wholly organic and as such requires a dedicated team who completely believe in the quality and provenance of the food they serve.
We are ideally looking for a strong Retail Manager who is ready to take the step up to a position where they will take accountability for their own department within a complex business.
You must have a bubbly, out-going personality and thrive in a very busy and high profile business - the customer base is largely regular so the ability to nurture relationships is key to the growth of this business.
In terms of background, you must have had food retail preferably all fresh. Branded experience would be great though not essential. The real key is to completely understand the workings of a busy fresh food business.
Commercial acumen is needed and experience of managing a P and L very helpful although some training and development can be given around this.
