We are looking for a new enthusiastic manager to head one of our busy retail stores. You must have an inspiring work ethic, an eye for detail and be focused on exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities and essential qualities:
• Hands-on, motivational, inspirational leader; supporting and coaching your team, whilst ensuring a positive and fun environment
• Well organised and confident in maximising sales and presentation
• Well-presented, engaging, enthusiastic and polite
• Able to take control of the shop and manage team members in effective way
• Excellent customer service delivery and effective communicator between management and the staff
• An eye for detail and for a tidy, well presented site is a must. An ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, pro-active and level-headed
• Target and results oriented, takes ownership and acts with integrity, with a focus on store profitability
• Maintains financial and operational administration; company policies, procedures and brand standards
• Takes full responsibility for team performance and development
• experience in floristry industry is a plus but not essential
