We are seeking a customer focused Retail Loss Prevention Officer to join a brand new retail business retailer in Central London. This is a permanent role and offers opportunity for long term career progression.
Applicants should have strong customer service skills and ideally have retail security experience.
Your duties will include:
Opening and closing the property
Security checks for staff leaving the premises
Providing a customer focused security presence
Helping to ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers
Greeting customers
Patrols of the retail space
Supporting all departments of the business with ad hoc duties
Conducting investigations into stock loss
Responsible for signing in deliveries
Escorting contractors
Monitoring CCTV
Key holding
The successful candidates will be working in a team of three in rotated shift patterns between the hours of 0700 and 2000 throughout the week.
