Key responsibilities
·Support and delivery of store sales and KPI targets both group and individual.
·Deliver Petersham Nurseries customer service expectations, including building of lasting customer relationships.
·Maintain highest level of store operations, including deliveries, display standards, e-commerce processing and inventory management.
·Acquiring and developing product knowledge and imaginative ways of conveying it to colleagues and customers.
·Liaise and support fellow team members and other functions of the business, and ensure productive and positive environment at all times.
