We make exquisite ice creams and sorbets using only the very best ethically sourced ingredients. Knowing where our ingredients come from matters to us: it’s part of our story and of our commitment to never letting our standards slip.

We have two beautiful ice cream parlours in great locations and we are recruiting now for motivated, committed people to join our front of house family/team.
We are looking for a proactive, Smiley and organised person to join our team:
- Who has at least 1 year experience in a high end food retail environment
- Who has experience supervising and training new staff
- Who has a good eye for detail and is able to prioritise
- Who is computer literate
- Who is well presented and has excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Looking after the inventory across parlours
- Adhering to the production and distribution schedule
- Supporting the retail team during peak times, ensuring standards are kept and customer service quality is consistently the highest
