Your responsibilities as aRestaurant Waiter / Waitress will include:- Take care of guest satisfaction by service and product delivery according to the guidelines of Park Plaza Hotels.- Have a thorough working knowledge of the Bar food menu/products to be able to describe all dishes on the menu to customers if asked.- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and ensure that all details are communicated to the Ichi Supervisor/Bar Manager or Bar DM immediately.- Set up and prepare the Ichi area and bar as required by the Sushi Supervisor/Bar ManagerWe are looking for The ideal Restaurant Waiter / Waitress will:- Be passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Have customer facing experience- Able to work in a fast paced working environment- experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet- Able to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently- Have a strong understanding of food and beverage service techniques- Working knowledge of Micros computer system- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
