We are a Lebanese eatery in BOXPARK Croydon looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for looking after our customers and staff in the best possible way. Having a friendly manner, passion for food and a key desire to impress, are the key ingredients for this candidate.
experience in a similar customer focused, leadership role is required, and full training will be provided upon commencement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Taking payments (Card and cash)
- Making sure establishment is always clean and presentable
- Follow and maintain all Health and Safety/Hygiene requirements
- Supporting and managing the team
- Boosting staff morale
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous catering and hospitality experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Leadership qualities
- Good command of English language
- Excellent customer service skills
- People person
- Great team member
