We are looking for a hard working, motivated and fun person to join our team as a supervisor! You don't need previous supervisory experience, but it would help if you have restaurant experience.
After the success of our Hatch End restaurant, and our Chuck Truck, Chuck Burgers Spitalfields is our first venture in London! We are want to build our already great reputation, and compete with the Honest Burgers and Patty and Buns of the world! We pride ourselves on our quality; of food, and service. The burgers must always be juicy, the wings smokey and the milkshakes boozy! We want our staff to have fun at work, provide service with a smile and generate a great atmosphere that rubs off on our customers.
The role of a supervisor at Chuck involves:
- Ensure the restaurant is prepped, stocked and clean ready for service
- Handle any customer complaints and queries
- Ensure the team are productive
- Key holder - opening and closing the restaurant when necessary
- Cashing up at the end of a shift
- Stock takes and ordering
- Play an active role in staff morale, and keep the team motivated
In this position, there is also a possibility to generate ideas that will benefit the restaurant, its customers and staff, and put them in place.
