Supervisor role overview:
* The ideal Supervisor will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation
* You are responsible to create an extraordinary atmosphere in the restaurant while overlooking the floor during the service period
* Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will assist in the smooth running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times. You must also be confident to deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
* The overall cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant is as much part of the role as delivering training to the restaurant team members. You regularly review service standards and procedures and assist in conducting formal performance reviews
* As you will be working in a sublime location, with high expectations from your guest, you must always show good product and drinks knowledge and genuine communication abilities, showing why The Grill at The Dorchester has a reputation as the place to be for the finest grill food in London
* This is an amazing opportunity for an engaged Supervisor, with fine dining background and great communication skills
