We are a stylish local cocktail bar, that is about to expand our food offer.
We are looking for a floor supervisor who will work with the chef to provide a fantastic dining experience to our guests.
The menu will comprise small sharing plates with british and indian influence.
Food service will be 6pm to 11pm each day with brunch service on weekends.
We are looking for an experienced floor person who has had at least 2 years running a busy dinner service at a small to medium sized restaurant.
Advanced organisational skills are paramount and the ability to bring high standards of service are key.
Salary dependent on experience, the start date will be 26th June.
