We’re searching for an experienced Supervisor that is proud to be a role model for their team and enjoys the challenge of leading when the General Manager is absent.
Our restaurant in Barnes is our most recent opening, formerly known as The Depot, it was acquired by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in October 2021 and has recently undergone an exciting refurbishment. Guests can enjoy some of Rick Stein’s most iconic dishes such as the Dover sole a la Meunière and salt and pepper prawns as well as a selection of new dishes including stifado, a rabbit stew inspired by Rick’s travels to Greece, with caramelised onions, red wine, Cinnamon and currants.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Supervisor:
•Running service in an efficient and smooth manner even through extremely high levels of business
•Operating as a role model to the front of house team, demonstrating the best possible level of service
•Accurately completing the cash up at the end of each service
•Dealing with any customer complaints and seeking to resolve them
•Supporting with all relevant training of staff in the department
•Gaining exceptional product knowledge of both food and beverage
