We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic supervisor to work at the Tramshed restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch. This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.

You will be a skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service skills and able to cope in a demanding role, whilst motivating your team. Have exceptional food and beverage knowledge as well as a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build a rapport and relationships to create lasting memories and guest experiences.
